Cynthia Hoch
President and Founder of One Together Inc.
Cyndi lives in Memphis TN. She has a B.A. degree in Psychology and Sociology and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology. She has experience working in the counseling field in many areas including a children's hospital psychiatric unit, private practice counseling, elementary, high school and college counseling, and suicide hotline counseling. Once she and her husband started to build their family she decided to stay home full time. She is a mother of 5 beautiful children (4 adopted internationally). "When we decided our family was complete, I felt I still had work to do. My passion has always been to help children. As a young girl I knew my purpose was a to make a difference in the world. So it is my vision to help the children in the world who need us. My life is dedicated to my family and making a difference in the lives of all children around the world. Together we can provide them with their basic human rights including food, education, medical supplies and caretakers."
Charles Hoch

Charlie is Cyndi's husband of 21 years and father of 5 wonderful children. Charlie's background includes growing up in the Washington D.C. area, graduating from Marquette University with a B.S. in Marketing, and serving our country as a United States Marine Corps officer. He currently works for International Paper as the Commercial Manager, Recycling in Memphis TN. Charlie is deeply committed to the awareness of children in need across the world, and will help deliver One Together's message.
Bob Wilson
Treasurer and Board Member
Bob is President of PLENUS CONDICO GROUP, LLC and PCG PACKAGING LLC. Bob has extensive experience in finance, operations, and business development in the USA, Asia, and Europe, in both private and public sectors. Bob has served in leadership positions of several philanthropic agencies and been blessed to be a long term foster parent of children. Bob and his beloved wife, Jean, live in the greater Memphis, TN area
Roger Korinek
Board Member
Roger has a B.S. Degree from Wisconsin State University, Oshkosh and an M.A. Degree – Marquette University. He was a teacher at St. Mary's Springs Academy High School for 45 years, Student Council Advisor for 40 years, Magazine Subscription Fundraiser for 30 years and raised over $2.8 million for the school's operational budget. He was also an American Field Service Advisor for 3 years and the Washington, DC Tour Coordinator (student/adult groups) for 35 years. He also taught at Moraine Park Technical College – summer/evenings classes for 25 years and Marian University – summer/evening classes for 5 years.

Joana Clayton
Board Member
Joana is a full-time working mother of 11 year old twins. She has over 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing and communications. In her current role, Joana is the Executive Communicator for the Chief Communications Officer at FedEx, and also is responsible for FedEx Reputation Management and Research. She is a winner of the FedEx Five Star award, the pinnacle award for individual accomplishment at FedEx, and the Global Communications and Investor Relations Communicator of the Year award. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Memphis.
Her interest in joining One Together comes from being adopted herself. She understands that it is vital that every child has a support system, no matter who that may be. Joana brings the perspective of how it feels to be adopted to the Board.
Joana was a founding member of Young Women in Philanthropy a sub-group of the Women's Foundation in Memphis, TN. She volunteers throughout the year in various charity events through her job at FedEx.
